At Captive Pleasures, no two pieces we produce are ever identical. While we do create several of the same type of bondage furniture, each piece is unique and is created to meet the specific requests of the client who orders it. You can choose the type of wood we use, the way we finish it, whether you want a modern or more classic design, custom engraving or inlays, metalwork, upholstery, and any other detail you can think of. Our goal is to build exactly what you want, the way you want it, and we guarantee that you’ll be satisfied with the end result.
Of course! We’re happy to ship to any country friendly to the United States of America. Just be aware that we will have to pass along any shipping and tariff charges involved in international shipping. Once you Request a Quote and do the initial phone consultation, we’ll provide you with a quote that will include all of those fees so there are no unpleasant surprises.
Unfortunately this is not something we can provide a standard answer to. By the nature of custom projects, some will take longer than others, and our lead time will vary depending on our work load as well. After you complete the Quote Request Form we provide you with your customized project quote, we’ll give you an estimated completion timeline. We realize that you want your new kinky bondage toy as soon as possible, but quality takes time. If you’re patient with us, we promise it will be worth it.
We know how important it is to keep from outing someone without their permission, so we do everything we can to make sure that doesn’t happen by our hand. First of all, your information is never sold, and is only used by us. Second, each order we get is assigned a job number. The name of the customer and all of their other information is only known by two people inside Captive Pleasures. By doing this, we make sure that your information is never leaked. That depends on the type of furniture you’ve ordered. Smaller items or items that require assembly inside our shop will be sent to you fully built. Larger items, like bondage beds, need to be shipped in pieces both to save on shipping, and to allow it to fit through your front door. If you do have to assemble your custom furniture piece when it arrives, we’ll make sure to provide you with clear instructions. If you need further assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to call you via phone or Skype to walk you through it step by step.
Absolutely! We’re happy to come to you and assemble or install your furniture for you. Please be aware however that these services will require additional fees for time and travel. If you would like us to install your furniture for you, please let us know when you fill out your Quote Request Form.
At Captive Pleasures we pride ourselves in our exceedingly high satisfaction rate. If when your custom piece arrives you are less than satisfied, Contact Us within 30 days and we will fix it or re-make it for you. Having you be happy with your bondage furniture is our highest priority, and we will do what it takes to make sure that happens.
Absolutely! For one year from the date of delivery we will warranty our craftsmanship against manufacturer defects. If a problem comes up after that one year mark, contact us and we will fix it at a severely discounted rate. We build our furniture to withstand the test of time, and we stand by that. The only exception to this is if there was clearly excessive or abusive use to the product. I mean, if you take a sledge hammer to it, you can’t honestly expect us to fix that free of charge, right? So please don’t do that. But anything that is a defect or problem on our part, we will make sure to stand behind our work.
